Williams began as a small company back when heating and AC services were practically brand-new.
Over the years, we’ve worked on nearly every type of heating system found in Michigan. Our experience includes residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural systems.
We’ve also worked with a vast range of fuel sources, including electric, natural gas, LP gas, and fuel oil. Today, we continue to work on both residential and commercial equipment.

Today, our company is owned and operated by Deborah Brya, who continues adding to the legacy of excellence she built together with her late husband. She is dedicated to honoring that while preparing the company to one day be run by the next generation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you clean ducts?
Yes, we do. We clean rigid ductwork with access points near the furnace unit. Unfortunately, we are not able to clean flex ducts. Duct cleanings cost $650 per furnace, and typically take 4 to 6 hours.
How much do you charge for a service visit?
Our call-out fee is $90. After that, the service costs depend on the complexity of your HVAC issue and any parts that may be needed for repairs. Our flat-rate pricing keeps charges consistent and predictable. For more information about our charges, call (989) 862-5400.
Which HVAC equipment brands do you work with?
We specialize in Amana and Fujitsu HVAC systems, but we work with all major brands. And if you have an obscure brand of furnace or AC, chances are we’ve worked with it before.
Do you have emergency services?
Yes, we do. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. However, if you have an urgent HVAC problem after hours or over the weekend, please call (989) 862-5400, and we’ll quickly help you resolve the emergency.
Do you offer any warranties on your work or equipment?
Yes. There are comprehensive manufacturer warranties for Amana equipment. These include five-year and ten-year limited parts warranties. There are also limited warranties for complete units.
